Hello and welcome to the NAADHS Recruitment and Retention Committee (RRC) webpage!

The goal of the Recruitment and Retention Committee is to enhance the mission of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by promoting opportunities for employment, promotion, and retention within DHS.

As the Committee Chairperson, it is my goal to partner with DHS components, universities, and other entities to increase awareness of the numerous opportunities within DHS and encourage individuals to complete and submit the necessary documentation for employment within DHS. The committee will also collect and analyze data to ensure fair and equitable representation.

On behalf of the Recruitment and Retention Committee, I would like to thank you for this opportunity to serve, but I also challenge you to serve. We are always seeking dedicated individuals who are interested in furthering the mission of the Recruitment and Retention Committee.
