Hello and welcome to the NAADHS Training Committee webpage!

The goal of the Training Committee is to enhance the mission of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) by providing our members with quality training programs, as well as opportunities to participate in interactive discussions with senior level DHS and other federal government employees. This program is also designed to facilitate member participation in agency initiated workshops to discuss and analyze internal and external issues while creating opportunities.

As the Committee Chairperson, it is my vision to provide a training program that is focused on helping members achieve success in their careers. To ensure this, the Training Committee will work diligently with the Conference Planning Committee to develop and implement training sessions during the National Training and Development Conference. It is my desire that members will receive effective thus developing the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful in today’s government and professional environment.
